1) How does THECARD SCANMENUS work?
THECARD SCANMENUS is a Platform as a Service (PAAS) which is offered in a subscription based service in a Monthly / Yearly Plans. It optionally offers adhesive backed Smart NFC Sticker and Smart NFC Standees both NFC Sticker and Standee have NFC chip inside that wirelessly sends your restaurant menu link to a phone when your guest tap’s on it with a NFC compatible phone. All THECARD Products including SCANMENUS also contains a QR code to ensure compatibility with older smartphone devices that do not have NFC compatibility. The phone owner just needs to scan the QR Code from Google or Camera.
2) What if i don't renew my SCANMENUS Subscription?
Subscription services like SCANMENUS will be on prepaid basis I.E You will need to pay Every 30 Days (1 Month) / 365 Days (1 Year) depending on your plan, if you wish to keep existing service running for next year.
Failing to make the payment by the end of your plan 1 Month / 30 Days / 12th Month / 365 Days / 1 Year without any prior intimation your services will be completely stopped and your Account and details will be permanently deleted from our servers and the services will no longer be accessible.

3) Is there an app required for this?
No, there is no app required for this. Each user can access it by directly scanning QR Code or tapping with NFC.
4) What is included in the kit?
You receive access to SCANMENUS Service access for your designated plan and tenure with Direct Support from THECARD Team.
5) Does the tap feature work on all the phones?
The NFC tap feature works on all NFC enabled phones.
iOS device users can directly tap onto to smartphone (Models above iPhone X).
Android device users would have to enable NFC from their settings and then tap below the back camera.
If the android user does not have the NFC option in their settings, they would have to scan the QR code to receive the contact information.
6) I made the payment and completed the purchase, now how do i add the details?
Once you complete your purchase our representative will contact you for further addition of menus.
Once you submit all the Variations / Description and photos along with pricing we will activate your SCANMENUS restaurant profile.
7) How do you calculate the subscription tenure?
Your service commencement date will start from the day we receive your payment and 1 Month / 30 Days / 12 Months / 365 Days / 1 Year will be calculated from commencement date.
