Returns

• In case you receive damaged or defective products or items not as described, please report the same to our Customer Service team here. This should be reported within 24 hours / 1 Day of receiving the damaged product(s) or malfunctioning product(s).
• 90 Days Return window are for new products.
• In case the returns are accepted, a restocking fee 50% of the total order amount will be applicable.

Cancellations

• Cancellations will be only considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been already Shipped / Processed / Printed.

Refunds

• Incase of defective products, we will inspect your returned item. After inspecting we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the refund credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies but usually 1 Week / 7 Days.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund even for Free Shipping Orders at Actual Rate. ₹100 (INDIA) and ₹1000 (International) minimum. If actual shipping rate exceeds the above mentioned amounts, the actual rates will be charged.
• If in case the product is returned to us as undelivered by the Shipping company, actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
