1) How does THECARD work?
THECARD NFC Cards have NFC chip inside that wirelessly sends your information to a phone when you tap the card on an NFC compatible phone, your contact details automatically gets transmitted to the persons smartphone. The owner of the phone just has to tap “Add to contacts” to save your contact information from the landing page. All THECARD cards also contains a QR code to ensure compatibility with older smartphone devices that do not have NFC compatibility. The phone owner just needs to scan the QR Code from Google or Camera.
2) What if i don't renew my POWERWEB Subscription?
Subscription services like POWERWEB will be on prepaid basis I.E You will need to pay Every 365 Days (1 Year) if you wish to keep existing service running for next year.
Failing to make the payment by the end of 12th Month / 365 Days / 1 Year without any prior intimation your services will be completely stopped and your Account and details will be permanently deleted from our servers and the services will no longer be accessible.
Our representative will Call / Message / E-Mail / WhatsApp you on the contact information provided by you at the time of placing the order for reminders of the due payment.
3) Is there an app required for this?
No, there is no app required for this. Each user can access it by directly scanning QR Code or tapping with NFC.
4) What is included in the kit?
You receive one physical business card and an instruction manual.
5) Does the tap feature work on all the phones?
The NFC tap feature works on all NFC enabled phones.
iOS device users can directly tap onto to smartphone (Models above iPhone X).
Android device users would have to enable NFC from their settings and then tap below the back camera.
If the android user does not have the NFC option in their settings, they would have to scan the QR code to receive the contact information.
6) I received the card now how do i add the details?
Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Tap the card on the NFC enabled Smartphone or Scan the QR Code on the card and enter the details to be added in the digital profile.
Step 2: Your order number will be automatically shown, enter all the details to be added in the Digital Profile.
Step 3: Click on Submit.
Your card will be activated in few minutes once our support representatives verifies your data.
7) Can i gift THECARD?
Yes, all variants of THECARD are the perfect gift for your friends and family. When you place the order for THECARD we ask only general information which are to be printed on the card and the digital profile can be set up by the person who the gift is intended for by simply tapping the card or scanning the QR Code on the Card. An instruction booklet is provided for easy setup.
8) What is the material of the card?
In case of PVC Cards it is Plastic (PVC) and for Metal Cards, its Steel base material.
9) How do you calculate the subscription tenure?
Your service commencement date will start from the day we receive your payment and 12 Months / 365 Days / 1 Year will be calculated from commencement date.
10) What if i lose my card?
Incase the card is lost we can block the card so your contact information is not misused. At a cost of ₹399 we can provide you a replacement card and also have the card updated with all your existing information.
