Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic and International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via E-Mail or Telephone.
• If in case the product is returned to us as undelivered by the Shipping company, actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund with a 50% Restocking Fee of your total order amount deducted along with Actual Shipping Charges from your Refund (Please Refer Return and Refund Policy).
• Delivery time for Domestic Shipments can range from 1 Business Day(s) or More (Depending on your Shipping address location) post order processing.
• For International Shipments delivery time can range from 5-6 Business Days post order processing.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Same Day Dispatch

• Same Day Dispatch will not be processed same day if we are experiencing backlog or high volume of existing orders. Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• Same Day Dispatch will not be processed on 1st and 3rd Saturday as well as all Sunday’s and Public Holidays. It will be processed immediate next working day.
• We strive to get things done quick but High Quantity orders does not qualify for Same Day Dispatch.
• Same Day Dispatch time is calculated from the Time of Your Payment Credit and Design approval only. Our Same Day Dispatch Cutoff Timings are 2PM. Post 2PM it will be dispatched next working day.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing the package Tracking #. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tensai Computers Private Limited / THECARD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

• Tensai Computers Private Limited / THECARD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
